Frequently Asked Questions

To renew your license, it’s mandatory to maintain an active WCEA subscription and fulfil either 20 or 15 CPD points (depending on your cadre) on the WCEA platform. Additionally, you can utilize ANCC-accredited and UK Royal College courses to meet renewal requirements in your current practice country.

You will encounter the subscription plan upon registering or logging in to an existing account for the first time. Subsequently, you’ll be prompted to choose between a local or international payment method.

If you’re in the Diaspora and using an international card, choose “STRIPE – International Card Payments.” If you’re in Kenya and prefer a local payment method, select “DPO Pay – Local Payment Cards.”

We advise utilizing the STRIPE platform for payment.

To make payments using Stripe, simply choose your preferred payment option, enter your card details, confirm the payment, and receive payment confirmation.

After finishing a course, passing the post-test, and completing the evaluation, your certificate will be accessible in the Certificates section of the mobile app and LMS (formerly called Education Tracker).
