The Learning and Content Management System
The WCEA Learning and Content Management System is a leading LCMS that has been specially designed for the delivery and tracking of continuing education.

The LCMS offers you the ability to create as many Education Portals as you wish, selecting the education that you would like to appear in each. For example, you may create different Education Portals for the different specialties that your learners work in.

Creating Your Own Courses – Free Author Tools
In addition to selecting courses from the network, you also have the option to upload or create your own courses.

You can upload courses in any file format or use the free author tools to create an online presentation. For example, you can upload a PowerPoint file and then record yourself presenting the course with just the microphone and camera on your computer. You can also add video clips, references, and exams.

The Education Tracker
Each learner is provided with their own “e-portfolio” which tracks the education that they have completed on the system. Learners can also enter the details of any additional courses they have studied, creating one central place for all of their continuing education records. Each learner can produce summary reports for legislation purposes if required.

Your Reporting System
As well as each learner having access to their learning records, the system administrators can run learner activity reports on every learner on their system.
