Frequently Asked Questions

If you are a nurse or midwife practising outside of Botswana (Diaspora), you MUST have an active WCEA subscription at the time of license renewal and have completed 20 CPS points (20 hours) on the WCEA platform. You should also be able to use ANCC-accredited courses and UK Royal College courses to renew in the country where you currently practice.

When you register or login to an existing account for the first time, you will be presented with the subscription plan. You will then be asked whether you want to use a local or international payment method. We recommend that you use STRIPE platform.

After finishing a course, passing the post-test, and completing the evaluation, your certificate will be accessible in the Certificates section of the mobile app and LMS (formerly called Education Tracker). Currently, we do not send certificates via email; you can download them directly from this section.
