Frequently Asked Questions
To renew your license, it’s mandatory to maintain an active WCEA subscription and fulfill either 20 or 15 CPD points (depending on your cadre) on the WCEA platform.
After finishing a course, passing the post-test, and completing the evaluation, your certificate will be accessible in the Certificates section of the mobile app and LMS (formerly called Education Tracker). Currently, we do not send certificates via email; you can download them directly from this section.
