With over 12 years of experience in nursing education, community health, and clinical practice, Olayinka Aremu is an Assistant Professor at University College Dublin and a Doctoral researcher at Trinity College Dublin. Her research focuses on co-designing a nurse-led integrated care transition tool for older patients. Olayinka’s interests include integrated care, healthcare innovations, and digital health. She excels in nursing leadership, entrepreneurship, and evidence-based practice. Passionate about improving care quality for older adults and advancing nursing, Olayinka is also a serial entrepreneur, award-winning coach, and published author, dedicated to promoting health in diverse and marginalized communities. She is the founder and CEO of NCO Healthcare Consulting Ltd.
