Cheniqua Morales, BSN, RNC-MNN, C-EFM, C-ONQS, is a Perinatal Patient Safety Nurse in New York City (NYC) and Co-Chair of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nursing (AWHONN) NYC Chapter. She has a proven track record of improving clinical outcomes through her leadership in quality improvement initiatives and commitment to health equity, particularly for marginalized communities. With expertise in managing clinical teams, Cheniqua fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration. Known for making learning engaging, she mentors others and actively contributes to advancing maternal and neonatal healthcare. Currently pursuing her master’s in education, she is dedicated to empowering future nursing professionals.
