Webinar Title: Understanding the Marburg Virus
Marburg virus is a virus of Filoviridae family of viruses. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Marburg virus disease case fatality rate rate is around 50%. This webinar aims at deepening understanding of this disease including its virology and epidemiology.

Speaker: Dr. Faith Isabel Ndoya – Senior Medical Officer at Wezi Medical Centre
Dr Faith Isabel Ndoya is a dedicated medical officer with strong passion for delivering holistic patient care. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Malawi, College of Medicine. She has a great passion for understanding new upcoming infectious diseases. Currently, Dr Ndoya practices at Wezi Medical Centre in Mzuzu and exceptional health institution in the Northen region of Malawi.
